Although you may book appointments through the online system, you must contact the spa by phone or in person to cancel or change an existing appointment.

As a courtesy to us and other clients, if you need to cancel or change an appointment we request a minimum of 24-hour notice. Fail to do so will incur a charge of a minimum 50% of the service fee. Failure to show up for an appointment will result in the full cost of a treatment being charged.
